Web designing Process requires detailed information concerning your web designing project, so you can send the same through mail, DOC or PDF files so that our design matches your specifications and needs. And if this is the first time you are going for a web designing company then no worries, all you have to do is to fill in a web requirement form and give the necessary details and leave the rest to us. This way you get the freedom to design your website exactly the way you want it to be.

Small tasks require full payment. Larger projects are 50% to start and 50% on completion.
The Proposal, Analysis and Order
So you’ve placed your order, maybe via our order form or over the phone, but this is where everything begins. We start with listening to our clients. We read through your project specifications, check all your files, and in most cases, see how we can make your project better. If we have any questions or suggestions, we will let you know and go over everything together one on one. Once everything is clear, we’ll start working on your project. you can give us links to other websites you like the look of, your current website (if you have one), and any of your competitors.
Initial Design
One
Our graphic designer will use your ideas to create the overall design. This normally takes between one to two weeks. Once the design is ready we will send it to you for approval.
If you are not happy with the design we may take a step back to the Proposal phase in order to clarify and better understand your needs, then we will revise the design.
At this early stage, the design is only a mock up. Any text used in the mockup probably won’t be copied into the final website. You may see ‘gibberish’ words like Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit… This is Latin filler text called Lorem Ipsum.
The mockup is primarily to confirm that you are happy with the colour scheme, images, and positioning of layout elements like the logo, menu and content boxes.
Two
You already have a design send us the files will review the design and provide quote and delivery time.
Development
- Set up CMS (I. E. WordPress)
- Build theme and page template
- Responsive design, Mobile friendly
- Install and configure needed plugins
- Customize Back end
Test
- Test performance on different devices and modern browser
- Optimize and adjust as nedded
Adding Content
Content including Text and images, adding links and functionality to the content. If you have no existing content we will ask you to provide some text and/or pictures for each page.
Training
Once everything is in place and you are happy, we will contact you to arrange a training session.
This is the home stretch! Everything is in place, all that’s left is for you to take the reins.
We will walk you through every step of managing your website, from logging in, to editing pages, to uploading images and adding products. WordPress is easy to use and quick to learn. The training session normally takes between 30 and 60 minutes.
It’s usually best if we visit you at your office or home so you can do the training using a computer you are familiar with. If a visit is not practical then we can log into your computer over the internet and give you the training session over the phone.
